This is an excitingopportunity to join the Development Office at a pivotal time as the Universityadvances its ambitious Β£300 million Making Waves campaign supportingscholarships, world-leading research, capital projects and sustainabilityinitiatives.

We are seeking anexceptional Personal Assistant to provide high-level executive support to theDirector of Development. Working in a fast-paced and internationally focusedenvironment, you will play a central role in ensuring the effective operationof the Director's Office, acting as a trusted coordinator across a wide rangeof strategic activities.

This varied and rewardingrole will involve managing a complex schedule, coordinating senior-levelmeetings and international travel, preparing high-quality briefing materialsand correspondence, and supporting engagement with alumni, donors and senior stakeholdersaround the world. You will also provide line management and support to theDevelopment Assistant (US), helping to ensure the smooth delivery ofadministrative support across the team.

The successful candidatewill be highly organised, proactive and professional, with outstandingcommunication skills, exceptional judgement and the ability to manage competingpriorities with discretion and confidence.
