Overview

We wish to appoint a Senior Research and Impact Administrator within the School of Divinity. The role holder will join a professional services team of four other staff (2.4 FTE) and will support the research, impact and general administration of the School. The role holder will be flexible and able to prioritise the needs of students, academics and the School. They will possess excellent team and relationship management skills, sound judgement and effective problem-solving skills. The post holder will be expected to be supportive of change and adopt a flexible and cooperative approach to improvements to operations and the provision of administrative support in the School.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the research and impact activities within the School of Divinity.
  • Support day-to-day operations and contribute to process improvements in a collaborative team environment.
  • Prioritise tasks to meet the needs of students, academics and the School.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience in a similar role in a University or research environment with an understanding of administration within Higher Education or research administration would be advantageous.
