Residential and Business Services are looking to recruit a House Service Supervisor to join their team at David Russell Apartments. The role holder will be responsible for the allocation of keys, housekeeping duties, issuing/ordering and stock control of housekeeping materials, associated housekeeping administration tasks, and participation in planning for student arrival/departures and summer turnover. The role holder will also lead a small team, demonstrating organisational and flexible working, excellent communication skills, customer‑focused attitude and a friendly approachable disposition.
Key Responsibilities
- Allocate and manage keys for residential and business units.
- Conduct housekeeping duties and maintain cleanliness standards.
- Issue, order and control stock of housekeeping materials.
- Complete housekeeping administration tasks.
- Plan for student arrivals, departures and summer turnover.
- Lead and support staff within the small team.
Qualifications
- Experience preferred but not essential; full training will be provided.
- Demonstrates commitment to an excellent level of customer care.
- Can‑do attitude, flexible and organised.
Employment Details
- Permanent post.
- 36.25 hours per week on a 52‑week contract.
- 5 days from 7 basis.
