University Libraries and Museums are looking to appoint a friendly, organised and customer-focused team player with proven administrative and finance experience to join the Business Support team.

This part-time role (0.6 FTE - 21.75 hours per week) provides responsive and professional support across the Unit, with a particular focus on procurement and finance, including developing a strong working knowledge of the purchase to pay process.

The successful candidate will be highly IT literate, with strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills, and a flexible, positive approach. They will be confident liaising tactfully with colleagues across the Unit, the wider University and external contacts, and able to respond effectively to unforeseen issues. A proactive approach to improving operational processes through digital tools and automation is important. Knowledge and recent experience of university procurement, finance systems and administration would be advantageous.
