About the role
The School of Medicine is looking to recruit a pro‑active and experienced administrator to assist with the coordination and running of the school.
The successful candidate will work for the School Coordinator and support the Dean of Medicine, Head of School, and School Manager.
They will be responsible for communications, administration, project coordination, and event management.
The role is based in the School of Medicine.
Secondments from within the University will be considered.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and run school administration activities.
- Support the School Coordinator, Dean of Medicine, Head of School, and School Manager.
- Manage communications, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Oversee project coordination and event management.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in communications, administration, project coordination and event management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Experience in an academic or educational environment is desirable.
