An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the School of Mathematics & Statistics Teaching Administration Team as an Undergraduate Administrator at the University of St Andrews. This is a job share position where the successful candidate will be required to work 14.5 hours over Thursday and Friday each week. The role holder will join a Teaching Administration Team of four and a wider Professional Services Team of eleven and will support the administration of the undergraduate student journey from application to graduation.
The role holder will be flexible and be able to prioritise the needs of students, academics and the School. They will possess excellent team and relationship management skills, sound judgement and effective problem-solving skills. They will have experience of working in a busy, customer focused environment and be committed to enhancing the School's service to students, staff and external contacts. Experience in a similar role in a University or research environment with an understanding of teaching within Higher Education would be advantageous.
