We are seeking to appoint anenthusiastic and organised Placement Administrator to join the School ofMedicine's teaching support team. Working closely with the placement group,academic colleagues, students, and our NHS partners, the post holder will helpsupport the effective delivery of high-quality placement experiences across allour undergraduate medical programmes.
The Placement Administratorwill contribute to a collaborative team responsible for the planning,coordination, and administration of student placements across a range ofproviders. The role will focus on maintaining accurate records, ensuring thatadministrative processes are delivered effectively while supportingcommunication with placement providers to help build and maintain strongworking relationships.
The role requires attentionto detail, high level of accuracy and the ability to manage multiple prioritieswithin a busy and complex environment.
The School of Medicine iscommitted to continuous improvement and innovation in its administrativepractices. We are therefore looking for an individual with strong digitalskills who is keen to identify opportunities to streamline processes, improvedocument management and make effective use of technology and automation toenhance service delivery.
