The School of Earth and Environmental Sciences is seeking to appoint a full-time Lead Teaching Administrator to work closely with the Director of Teaching, Examinations Officer, MSc Coordinators, Module Coordinators and Students. The post-holder will provide pro-active and professional administrative support to ensure the smooth and effective delivery of Undergraduate and Postgraduate education across the School.

The successful candidate will have exceptional organisational, administrative and communication skills, alongside strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working. They will be a self-starter who is able to plan, organise and prioritise their workload effectively in a busy and fast-paced environment.

The role requires proactive engagement with students and staff across the School of Earth and Environmental Sciences, as well as colleagues in other Schools and Units across the University. Reporting to the School Manager, the post-holder will be expected to embrace change and contribute positively to the continuous improvement of School operations and the delivery of high-quality administrative support. A flexible, cooperative and solutions-focused approach will be essential to the role.
