The University of St Andrews Students’ Association is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the team at The Red Gown in a full-time role, with flexibility for evenings, weekends and out-of-hours shifts.

You will drive service quality and compliance while ensuring a safe and engaging guest experience.

Responsibilities include running shifts, maintaining hygiene standards, managing stock and training staff, all within GDPR and internal policies to support overall kitchen profitability.
