You’ll be key in helping us to deliver excellent customer service, support student events and contribute to creating a welcoming and vibrant environment for all students and guests. Note: This role is offered on a zero-hour contract, however, there is potential to offer regular hours Monday to Friday depending on operational needs. Current hours are likely to be 8 am – 2 pm (approximately 6 hours per day).
We are looking for enthusiastic customer-focused individuals to join our Social Enterprise Team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and be adaptable, dependable, and confident working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. They will possess excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork, while showing versatility by working across a variety of venues and responsibilities with professionalism. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
