The Student Enterprise team provide current students and recent graduates the support they need to either set up their own business, lead a social enterprise, become freelance/self-employed, launch a scalable startup, or develop essential enterprising skills.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic and growing Careers, Employability, and Student Enterprise (CESE) department as a Student Enterprise Coordinator. Reporting to the Student Enterprise Manager, you will play a key role in delivering the University\’s student enterprise programme, engaging with students, external partners, and key stakeholders to facilitate impactful projects and initiatives.
About You
This post presents a fantastic opportunity for an efficient and exceptionally motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced supportive environment.
You will provide comprehensive coordination and marketing support to the Student Enterprise Team. You will be expected to build successful working relationships with key partners both internally and externally to the University. This is a student facing role and will require you to confidently and accurately assess students’ needs and serve as a key point of contact for students and stakeholders, offering advice, signposting relevant resources, and supporting the development of student enterprise projects.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills are essential. You will be confident in delivering presentations, managing multiple priorities, and building strong relationships across the University and with external partners. Experience in delivering digital and physical marketing campaigns, being student facing, stakeholder engagement, event coordination, and customer service is highly desirable, as is a passion for entrepreneurship, and innovation.
