The Watersports Centre at the University of Southampton is seeking a Watersports Supervisor - Chief Instructor to lead a dedicated team and oversee the safe, day-to-day operation of the facilities and on-water activities. You will deliver on-water instruction (including RYA qualifications), monitor fleet safety, maintain vessels, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
