We are undertaking a technical revamp of our website and are looking for a technical test engineer to join us to help with the transformation. This role will work across our website estate looking to ensure that as we consolidate platforms and improve technical debt, design and reliability we have a fully formed suite of tests.
Responsibilities
- Work with the team to define and analyse technical backlog, defining tests to ensure it is resolved to a high quality.
- Work with developers to ensure that static and data driven solutions are fully understood and implemented to meet the requirements.
- Proactively work with our content design and user experience team to define how the website should function.
- Develop tests, testing strategies and documentation for existing systems to aid with building out a full test suite.
Qualifications
- Strong experience of testing at least one of the following: Drupal 10, Front-end technologies, ideally including Vue.js, Linux and Azure platforms and deployment automation.
- The ability to present your ideas and your specialist area to a wide and potentially non-technical audience.
