University of Southampton is seeking two Student Hub Coordinators on a full-time, permanent basis. You will manage a caseload of students with complex needs, providing proactive support to improve engagement, progression and retention across campus locations including Winchester.
You will deliver specialist advice on fees and funding, accommodation, progression and wellbeing, work with colleagues to tailor timely support, use data to identify at-risk students, and help promote the Hub.
