The University of Southampton is seeking a UKSCA-accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach to join our Performance Sport team.

You will design and deliver evidence-based programmes for student-athletes, helping balance academic demands with high-performance sport.

You will work with scholarship athletes, performance teams and TASS athletes, monitor development, and collaborate with coaches to deliver an outstanding athlete experience across a diverse range of sports.
