You will act as a trusted advisor to Deans, Directors and leadership teams, providing expert HR guidance, challenge and support across a broad range of people matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translating organisational strategy into practical workforce and people plans
  • Supporting and leading organisational change, including restructures and transformation programmes
  • Coaching and developing leaders to build capability and confidence
  • Using data and insight to inform decision-making and identify trends
  • Promoting a positive, inclusive and high-performing culture
  • Providing advice on complex employee relations matters

You will work collaboratively with HR specialist teams - including Employee Relations, Reward, Recruitment and EDI - to design and deliver effective people solutions, and contribute to the delivery of internal HR initiatives and continuous improvement activity.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience partnering senior stakeholders within a complex organisation
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
  • Experience of organisational design and delivering change
  • Ability to influence, coach and challenge at a senior level
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into insight
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A Level 7 qualification (or equivalent experience), ideally CIPD-accredited
