About the Role
Join our supportive and forward-thinking Business & Systems Analysis Team within the University of Southampton\’s IT Portfolio. You\’ll work across a range of strategic projects including CRM, ServiceNow, Windows 10 upgrades, and the Student App.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you\’ll:
- Translate business goals into clear, actionable requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions.
- Support the implementation of new systems and processes.
- Mentor and support colleagues with the Business & Systems Analysis team
About You
We\’re looking for someone with:
- Proven experience across complex projects/workstreams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Experience with business analysis tools and techniques.
- BCS Business Analyst Diploma (or working towards it).
