About the Role

Join our supportive and forward-thinking Business & Systems Analysis Team within the University of Southampton\’s IT Portfolio. You\’ll work across a range of strategic projects including CRM, ServiceNow, Windows 10 upgrades, and the Student App.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you\’ll:

  • Translate business goals into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Support the implementation of new systems and processes.
  • Mentor and support colleagues with the Business & Systems Analysis team

About You

We\’re looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience across complex projects/workstreams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Experience with business analysis tools and techniques.
  • BCS Business Analyst Diploma (or working towards it).
