This post is office based at Southampton General Hospital. We are able to offer a flexible working pattern, but some cover will be required each day of the week.

The position provides essential services to the faculty\'s core business and underpins the achievement of the strategic objectives of the University. This post is based in the Faculty of Medicine, supporting the Centre for Learning Anatomical Sciences (CLAS) within the Department of Medical Education, School of Primary Care, Population Sciences and Medical Education.

Applications are invited from individuals who can demonstrate a strong customer focus, whilst providing administrative support for the University\'s body donation programme. You will need to be a confident and sympathetic communicator acting as a key contact for individuals wishing to discuss their end-of-life plans as well as their next of kin and a variety of medical professionals.

You will have experience of working in an administrative role within a busy and diverse office. Strong diary management skills are essential as well as servicing meetings and organising travel and events.

You will have a keen eye for detail and a flexible attitude. Excellent IT and inter-personal skills are essential, as is a commitment to providing excellent customer service. You will have a strong sense of customer focus and the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise your own work.
