The University of Southampton Students' Union (SUSU) in Southampton is seeking a Front of House Coordinator to lead the day-to-day delivery of SUSU's reception service, manage room and event bookings, and oversee Safety Bus and minibus operations, ensuring a welcoming, efficient service for students, staff and visitors.
You will supervise staff, coordinate rotas, and refine procedures while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
