Join the vibrant Events team at SUSU as our new Events & Marketing Enterprise Coordinator! You will lead the planning and delivery of fun, small-scale student events like Crafternoons and Break the Ice, support the team in large-scale event production and delivery of events such as Freshers and Grad Ball, and coordinate creative marketing for our enterprise activities.

Please note that this role is 40 weeks per year, 30 hours per week. Flexibility will be required at peak times (e.g. Freshers’ Week and Grad Ball) when additional hours, including some evenings/weekends, may be needed. Any extra hours will be recorded and taken back as Time Off in Lieu (TOIL) in line with our policy.
You will have excellent attention to detail, ability to prioritise tasks and be able to communicate clearly with all relevant stakeholders. You will have experience of creating content (written and visual) for a range of marketing channels and be skilled in creating marketing assets. Additionally, experience of working in a fast-paced marketing and/or events environment. You will also have a passion for the values and vision of SUSU and achieving these.
