Thales, in partnership with the Welsh Government and the University of South Wales, has created the National Digital Exploitation Centre (NDEC) in Ebbw Vale, South Wales to meet the need for high‑value jobs and stimulate sustainable growth in the region.
Responsibilities include developing and delivering training courses and material primarily through Welsh, in line with the NDEC agenda. The role involves working closely with multiple stakeholders, the customer community and both internal and external partners to deliver effective outreach activities that promote STEM, digital skills and cyber security to school children, upskilling teachers and local workforce, and providing career development opportunities to local businesses.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, diligent, and able to travel between the NDEC, university campuses and other educational sites across South East Wales.
