Academic Registry is a professional service department delivering key administration and information services for students.
This role supports the administrative activity in the Scheduling and Exams Team.
Responsibilities
- Work with colleagues to deliver first‑class services to students, faculties and partners.
- Support scheduling and exams administrative processes.
- Proactively manage tasks and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Learn and develop skills in university administration.
- Location & Working Hours
Primary work at Pontypridd campus with travel to other USW campuses and homeworking.
A flexible approach to working hours may be necessary, with occasional work outside normal office hours.
