The College, Merthyr Tydfil is seeking a motivated and highly organised IDP Coordinator to join our Additional Learning Needs team and help to shape inclusive practice.
You will play a key role in coordinating statutory IDPs and person-centred reviews, bringing together learners, families, college staff and external professionals to ensure individual needs are understood and appropriate provision is planned.
You will be an excellent communicator with strong organisational and record-keeping skills, a commitment to person-centred practice and, above all, a passion for ensuring that the learner’s voice is at the heart of their support and planning.
A DBS check and EWC registration are requirements of this post.
