The Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama is the National Conservatoire of Wales. The Advancement team, recently expanded, seeks an Advancement Events Manager to develop and deliver a strategic events programme that strengthens the college’s reputation, fosters engagement, and supports fundraising priorities. The role ensures a coherent and compelling brand presence across events, positioning them as a powerful engine for building relationships and advancing the college’s strategy. Working collaboratively across the college, the Events Manager will create experiences informed by the college-wide case for support that inspire, connect, and communicate the college’s vision to its community.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a strategic advancement events programme that strengthens the college’s reputation and supports key fundraising priorities.
- Ensure a coherent, compelling brand presence across advancement events, positioning them as a key engine for building relationships and advancing the college’s strategy.
- Create events that inspire, connect, and communicate the college’s vision to the community, informed by the college-wide case for support.
- Collaborate across the college to design experiences that engage stakeholders and promote the college’s ambitions.
- Participate in advancement team initiatives to strengthen brand recognition and engage the community.
