Position Overview
Merthyr Tydfil College is looking to recruit an Estates & Facilities Officer for its Estates and Infrastructure department.
The main purpose of the post is to assist with the provision of an efficient and effective maintenance support service, including the security of the college’s premises and resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform reactive and proactive general maintenance of the college buildings and grounds.
- Support the security of the college’s premises and resources.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience working in a similar role.
- Good general building maintenance skills.
- Will need to undergo a DBS check.
- Working Hours & Conditions
The post will commence in late August 2026. Working hours include a shift and on‑call rota (currently 1 week in 5).
