Welcome Assistant
As a Welcome Assistant, you will be part of the busy RWCMD Customer Experience Team and play a key role in creating a friendly and welcoming information service to all audience members, ticket bookers, visitors, diners and enquirers.
This is a casual role offering flexible, occasional hours. No specific hours are guaranteed but will be arranged on a mutual basis.
Responsibilities
- Provide a friendly and welcoming information service to all audience members, ticket bookers, visitors, diners and enquirers.
- Assist visitors with information related to events, tickets and facilities.
- Collaborate with the Customer Experience Team to improve visitor experience.
