Work with schools and Further Education colleges throughout Wales and Southwest England to raise awareness of higher education opportunities, focusing on music and drama.

Provide information, advice and guidance to students, parents, carers and influencers under the leadership of the Student Recruitment Manager (UK).

Build, manage, maintain, and develop strong relationships with teachers, advisors and key partners.

Support activity and event planning for prospective students in community settings, and help deliver workshops and events for schools, colleges and youth groups on campus.

Promote the College’s training offer, and collaborate with the Advancement Team in producing marketing materials to support student recruitment and engagement in schools and colleges.

Maintain a comprehensive database of contacts and interactions with young people using the CRM software.

Collaborate with the Open RWCMD department to build relationships in local settings to facilitate outreach activity participation.
