You will be a confident communicator, using email, online forms and the telephone to field enquiries from students, colleagues across the University and from other external organisations, including our partners overseas. You will process high volumes of enquiries, keep accurate and up to date records, including maintaining student records, ensuring you are adhering to data protection policies, University regulations and procedural deadlines.
