Hadley Group is recruiting a Research Associate to lead the technical delivery of a 27-month Knowledge Transfer Partnership focusing on steel structures and sustainable design. You will combine full-scale testing with nonlinear FE modelling, software workflows and optimisation to reduce weight in cold-formed steel profiles while embedding new methods within Hadley Group.
The role is based mainly in Smethwick with regular work at the University of Sheffield, including testing at ICAIR.
