The University of Sheffield's NEOF laboratory invites applications for a Research Associate with strong bioinformatic skills to analyse DNA sequence datasets, including metabarcoding and population genomic analyses. You will assist study design, data analysis and training for NEOF users, and contribute to genomics, molecular ecology and animal behaviour research.

PhD or near completion in molecular ecology or evolutionary genetics is required, with programming in Linux, R, Python or Perl and HPC.
