Are you interested in joining a world‑class research and development centre? The University of Sheffield’s Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre (AMRC) has an exciting opportunity for someone to join the team at AMRC Cymru and help us place Wales amongst the most innovative regions in the UK.
In this role, you will provide staff and visitors with a high standard of reception service. You will be the first point of contact when greeting visitors/customers and will provide a professional reception service. This will include dealing with a range of enquiries by e‑mail, telephone and in person. You will be required to ensure the Reception area is kept tidy and handle deliveries. The Receptionist will assist the Cymru Administration team and wider operational function.
For this role you will have:
- Be an excellent communicator, both written and verbally.
- Have the ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy in a busy environment.
- Have excellent organisational skills.
- Preferably have experience of working in a customer‑facing role.
