Are you an experienced external cleaning professional with a passion for transforming outdoor spaces? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Engineering and Maintenance team and play a vital role in keeping our university estate pristine. In this role, you'll be responsible for cleaning roofs, pathways, and other hard surfaces across the campus.
You'll use your skills to carry out both planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and supporting our commitment to continuous improvement. We're looking for someone with a proactive attitude and a strong focus on health and safety. Your expertise in external cleaning and working at height will be essential.
You should also be a great communicator and problem-solver, as you'll be the first to spot and report other maintenance issues. This is an active and physical role that requires you to work outdoors in all weather conditions. You should be flexible and willing to work outside of standard hours when needed to ensure safe and efficient operations.
