Overview
The University of Sheffield is seeking to appoint a Non standard Admissions Officer to support the School’s non-standard admissions activities required for healthcare courses, including the organisation of interview schedules, and attending interview days providing key support.
Responsibilities
- You will undertake a range of entry criteria processes, ensuring they are undertaken in a timely and satisfactory manner, including DBS, Occupational Health Screening, Immunisations and uniform provision.
- You will liaise with various stakeholders on a regular basis.
- You will also support the wider Student Education / Experience team.
- This post requires an assured team player who can manage their time and ensure that the admissions service is responsive and efficient.
- You will have a flexible, confident and enthusiastic approach to work.
- Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy, particularly in areas of data processing are essential, as are good IT skills.
- Excellent organisation skills are required as the role involves organising and coordinating activities during Multiple Mini Interviews for applicants.
