Working Pattern: Full time. Shifts will alternate between the times of 6am to 10pm, including weekends and bank holidays to support a 24/7, 365 operation.

Role

The role of Customer Service Flexible Assistant is a key position in supporting students, staff and visitors. You will need to have a customer focused attitude with the ability to offer advice, support and general information to a wide audience. The role will involve working at the customer services reception desks both at Ranmoor and Endcliffe along with handling telephone and email communication.

Shift pattern and benefits

Rotating working pattern with alternating shift timings: 06:45 – 16:45 and 12:00 – 22:00 to support a 24/7 reception cover. Eligible for alternating shift allowance payments.
