Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador for the University of Sheffield, providing a highly visible presence and service around campus and in the control room.
- Carry out a range of tasks to ensure the safety of university students, staff, visitors and property.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies in line with University Safety and Security Procedures.
- Demonstrate careful judgement, excellent customer service and a high level of integrity.
- Support IT-based systems and help develop innovative solutions; participate in change projects to improve service delivery.
Qualifications and Development
- Demonstrable experience of working in a customer facing role.
- A comprehensive induction and on-the-job training programme will be provided.
