Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service across multiple channels (email, phone, live chat, social media) to prospective students.
- Support the delivery of recruitment events such as interviews, Open Days, and Offer Holder Days.
- Ensure accurate, up-to-date advice is given on courses, applications, and the admissions process.
- Collaborate with Admissions, Marketing, and academic colleagues to support conversion activities.
- Maintain data protection standards and contribute to continuous improvement in enquiry handling and applicant communications.

We deliver key recruitment events, manage school and college relationships, and provi support for both UK and international applicants.
