We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Clinical Services Coordinator to join the School of Health and Society. This is a key operational role supporting the delivery of clinical services across our teaching and service facilities. You will coordinate administrative activity, support compliance and governance processes, and lead a small team to ensure services run efficiently and safely. This role is ideal for someone with experience in clinical administration, healthcare, or a regulated environment, who has strong leadership, organisational and stakeholder engagement skills and is passionate about delivering high-quality, customer-focused services.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day administration of clinical facilities and activities
- Line manage and develop the clinical administration team
- Support scheduling of clinics and maintain accurate, audit-ready records and systems
- Ensure compliance with clinical governance, health & safety, and regulatory requirements
- Support audits, inspections, and reporting, providing accurate management information
