Join us as the Executive Support Administrator working in Salford Business School and be part of Team Salford, one of the UK’s fastest-growing universities. We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Support Administrator to support the Associate Deans and Directors of Salford Business School and work in our established school Executive Support Team. You will support members of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) as they oversee the effective delivery of both Salford Business School and university-level strategic objectives.
The School Executive Support Administrator will provide high level, confidential and comprehensive secretarial and PA support. Working collaboratively with the wider team, this role co-ordinates administrative activity and ensures that all activity is completed in a timely manner and according to standard processes. To deliver the challenges of this role, the School Executive Support Administrator will be expected to demonstrate high levels of initiative, outstanding time-management and organisational skills, and be able to identify creative solutions and work in a collaborative manner.

The role:
- Provide high level of professional support for SLT members including external relations, extensive inbox and complex diary management, communications, travel, conference organisation and general secretarial support.
- Offer high quality, front line professional service for visitors to the school liaising effectively and with sensitivity to maintain the strong reputation of the University.
- Review incoming papers and reports, particularly those in Executive Members portfolios, and efficiently collate documentation, communications, correspondence, reports, speeches and briefing papers as required.
- Ensure that sensitive and confidential issues, information, and data are handled in an appropriate manner, processed effectively and confidentially, ensuring compliance with GDPR and University regulations.
- Foster collaboration across schools and the wider university, role-modelling the Salford behaviours in all interactions.

- An excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail, and ability to work to very tight timeframes and deadlines.
- High standard of written and verbal communications skills.
