Are you an organised, proactive professional with a passion for delivering exceptional support in a dynamic academic environment? We are seeking a Programme Administrator to join our vibrant university team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of our academic programmes by providing high-quality, customer-focused administrative support to staff and students alike.
As a key member of the School Office team you will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth running of our programmes through efficient data management, strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities
- Providing outstanding customer experience to students and staff in all aspects of programme administration.
- Manage and maintain student and programme data ensuring the school is compliant with the University Quality Assurance Policies and Procedures.
- Manage assessment board meetings, including the collection of data, updating student records and informing students of results in a timely manner.
- Provide management information reports on request from colleagues across the school and University.
- Work with the Programme Manager and other Programme Administrators to improve processes which enhance the student experience.
- Work in partnership with other departments across the University to develop best practice.
- Manage the workload of Programme Assistants including absence/performance and development.
