The Careers & Skills Administrative Assistant provides adaptable, efficient administrative support across the Directorate and works closely with key stakeholders in The Library and Careers & Skills, operating effectively in a busy, fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- To provide administrative support to Library and Careers teams, supporting the frontline professional service.
- Respond to student and stakeholder enquiries via various channels.
- Setting up bookable and embedded teaching sessions in our Advantage system and retrieving registers from SteP.
- Collection, storage and analysis of data from university systems.
- Setting up events and drop-ins, creating displays and preparing appropriate materials.
- Liaison with Library comms to promote our offer.
