We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused assistant to join the Doctoral School Team position. As a Doctoral School Support Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for prospective PGR students. You will respond to enquiries and guide candidates on all aspects of the application process. You will be organised and keen to learn new skills and systems. Having a customer service focused approach, you will bring a positive and motivated energy to our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting to a Doctoral School Officer, the post-holder will provide high quality, customer centric support in relation to PGR operational activity.
- This will involve delivering and supporting activities across the entire student lifecycle from admissions, attendance monitoring and student support to examinations.
- There will be a strong drive to create a culture of continuous improvement and you will be expected to proactively identify and participate in the development and embedding of new initiatives designed to improve service or success rates.
