Are you passionate about shaping the future of radiography education?

We are looking for a motivated, forward thinking, creative, and ambitious Radiography academic to work in our fantastic facilities as a Lecturer in Diagnostic Radiography.

The post-holder will work in our Radiography team in the Directorate of Allied and Public Health in the School of Health and Society. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their career within an innovative, progressive, and supportive environment with a range of opportunities for development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design teaching material and deliver either across a range of modules or within a subject area.
  • Contribute to the planning, design and development of course and curriculum objectives and material.
  • Work with learners and apprentices in skills sessions to help them gain the direct skills required for the role.
  • Work with colleagues from across our School to share best practice knowledge and find opportunities to collaborate, where appropriate, to enhance the student experience.
  • Promote equality and diversity for students and staff and sustain an inclusive and supportive study and work environment in accordance with university policy.
  • Provide academic and pastoral support to our learners.
