We are looking for an engaging and confident individual to contribute to the strategic development of the University’s Quality Management Office (QMO) and to plan, guide and manage its day-to-day activities in providing an excellent service to its stakeholders. You will have excellent interpersonal, networking and communication skills to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders at different levels across the University to meet their different requirements and ensure best outcomes. You will be instrumental in contributing to institutional projects aligned to the University Strategy 2025-2030. Overseeing and co-ordinate effective operational strategies to manage and embed quality and enhancement activities across all programmes, drawing on best practice from the HE sector and regulatory bodies. We work closely with academic and professional services colleagues to deliver quality assurance activities for all provision, including collaborative partnerships and apprenticeships, student casework and academic governance. A competitive salary and excellent pension scheme, a generous annual leave entitlement, flexible and hybrid working (subject to business requirements), and a comprehensive package of training and professional development opportunities to help you achieve your full potential! We value diversity, in backgrounds and in experiences.
