Opportunity Overview
Under the guidance of the Head of Food & Drink, the role holder is responsible for overseeing the effective day to day operation of outlets within a specific area of the Campus, delivering effective and consistent standards and service within food and drink outlets.
Putting the staff, customers, and culture of continuous improvement at the centre of what we do, the role holder will assist in the development of the department, the service and experience it creates and be accountable for the planning, management and financial performance of the outlets

The Campus Experience department was created in October 2022 and sits under the leadership of Student Experience Services and brings together, Food and Drink, Sport, Conferencing, Residential Services, Nursery, Car Parking & Sustainable Travel, Welcome, Transition & Faith Centre and Student Inclusion & Engagement.
The next 5 years will see an incremental transformation in Campus Experience and the portfolio in a way that creates a thriving campus for students, staff and the community to dwell and help create spaces that will create world class experiences that is fit for the future .
