We are looking for experienced individuals to join an agile and flexible team of Library Assistants that supports all activities of Library Services during extended opening hours.
Responsibilities include:
- Putting customers at the heart of service delivery and supporting day-to-day library operations.
- Exhibiting excellent communication skills, building strong team relationships, and completing tasks to a high standard.
- Responding calmly and professionally in busy situations.
- Working independently, showing initiative, and being flexible.
Additional Information:
- This role involves working on Saturdays and Sundays (including Bank Holidays) with the following shift patterns:
- Saturday 9.15am-4.15pm
- Sunday 9.45am-4.15pm
