The predicted salary is between 23 - 30 £ per hour.

Salary £47.17 per classroom contact hour plus £10.35 holiday pay per hour. Additional marking, moderation, and content development paid at £23.01 per hour plus £4.31 holiday pay per hour.

The University of Roehampton seeks Visiting Lecturers to join our Life Sciences team to teach undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. The appointment will involve delivering modules, assessment marking, and supervising BSc/MSc dissertation projects on related topics.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver mixed teaching at HE levels 4‑7, using blended learning approaches (lectures, seminars, practicals, student‑led discussions).
  • Mark assessments and support students, including online platforms such as Moodle.
  • Supervise dissertation projects and provide pastoral care.
  • Develop course content and support flexible delivery.

Qualifications

  • Teaching experience and expertise in Clinical Neuroscience or related biomedical science disciplines.
  • Experience with blended learning and student‑centered approaches.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical skills and student‑focused attitude.
  • Desirable: experience with Moodle/online platforms.
