We are recruiting on a full‐ or part‐time basis to join an expanding physiotherapy team at the University of Roehampton. This is an exciting time to help shape how we teach and support the next generation of clinicians through applied and evidence‐based learning experiences.
We seek practitioners with experience in neurology, pelvic health, paediatrics or social care. We are also interested in candidates with academic experience who are looking for a new challenge, who can contribute to apprenticeships and can support students as placement link tutors.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver teaching that encompasses employer and skills‐led experiential learning and professional development.
Engage in high‐quality teaching and learning, supporting an excellent student experience and a development environment.
Contribute to curriculum development so the university's education portfolio remains innovative, attractive and supports students from induction to employment.
Support practice‐based learning and clinical placement provision to ensure learners are fit for professional practice in their field, utilising external networks.
Key Qualifications and Experience
A demonstrable commitment to research‐led or research‐informed teaching.
Effective planning and delivery skills in high‐quality, supportive teaching.
A strong understanding of disciplines closely aligned with physiotherapy.
Professional accreditation with HCPC.
Preferable experience in academia and familiarity with Disability Confident principles.
