Key responsibilities include the line management, development and support of a team of Programme Administrators to ensure the effective delivery of administrative support to a suite of programmes.
Providing excellent customer service, handling enquiries relating to academic programmes, maintaining in-depth knowledge of the University’s Academic Regulations and offering relevant advice and guidance to staff, students and other stakeholders.
Assisting the Academic Services Manager in all matters relating to the interface with other areas of the University administration and the operational aspects of compliance.
Ensuring the provision of an effective first-line enquiries and support service for students, staff and external contacts through face-to-face, email and telephone communication, that also refers students to appropriate sources of support.
