We have an exciting opportunity for an Academic Engagement Coach to join the Student Support and Success Directorate, working at the heart of our efforts to support students in reaching their full potential in their academic studies.
Based within Computing, the Academic Engagement Coach plays a strategic role in supporting students to successfully complete their degrees. You will design study plans with students, collaborate with academic colleagues and professional services teams to implement early interventions, and support high-performing students to achieve excellent degree outcomes.
The ideal candidate will be an outstanding communicator, committed to supporting every student within their designated academic school or faculty. You should be proactive, engaging, confident, and capable of identifying trends, designing interventions, and working with stakeholders to improve student attendance, retention, progression, and outcomes.
