Highland Hospital is seeking a Full Time Senior Operations Manager to join its team. Some duties include but are not limited to:
- The Sr. Operations Manager of Food Service plans, coordinates, and manages the work operations of the food service staff.
- Primary responsibilities include assigning work to and supervising assistant managers, supervisors and food service workers.
- Establishing and maintaining policies, standards, and programs for the provision of optimal, cost-effective patient and retail businesses.
- Monitoring patient services and retail services for performance for safety/sanitation and efficiency.
- Maintaining computerized systems, developing annual budget and meeting budget targets.
- Hiring, and orienting staff.
- Interacting with hospital management and professional staff.
- Maintaining professional competency and skills required for professional practice.
Salary Range: $87,000.00 - $122,342.16 annually. The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Major in Nutritional Sciences and/or Business Management preferred. Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Five years of administrative experience in Food Services, preferably in a health care facility; supervisory experience required.
- License/Certification Required: Serv Safe.
- Skills: Computer experience required.
